Campeche is pleased to participate in the third edition of ArPa São Paulo, with a large format work by Mexican artist Abraham González Pacheco, in the Arte em Campo Section.

"Air moves threads that hang like cobwebs, they remind me of a line of restless shapes drying in the April sun, the sun that dries your sweat instantly when the wind touches your forehead; a sun that moves kites, around fields or between buildings with a gray sky.

It thunders like a flag, like a rocket or like when the ground reclaims. It is perhaps the sound of a volcano, or a car with a machine gun.

I see a slogan written in the air, held up by ropes and anchored with bottles of sand. A drawing with tatters and scraps of decaying suits, those worn by applicants of the fallen promise. A being in free fall without a parachute, happy to find the ground that raised him. A God in descend. The shade protects those who seek refuge from the generous and lethal sun now unfolds as a placar or a new flag which shows its broken lines, sewn like patches of stories and time."
